Tasty Roasted Potatoes
These onion flavored potatoes are an excellent side to compliment your favorite main dish. And they are so easy-to-make!
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 pounds (about 4 medium) potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 cup olive or canola oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
In a 13×9-inch baking pan, combine all the ingredients; stir to blend well. Bake at 425 degrees F for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
