I made a batch of these light, golden biscuits for breakfast this morning and they were gone in a flash!
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1-3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1-3/4 teaspoons salt
1-1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
Vigorously shake the whipping cream; add to the flour mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Pat or roll out the dough 1/2 inch thick on a lightly floured surface. Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
Place 1-inch apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 8 biscuits.

Cream in biscuits makes them Sooo good. Your picture looks good enough to reach in and eat!
Whip cream? Now there’s an interesting idea. And you don’t have to cut in butter.
I made them for brunch and they were a great hit. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Wonderful! I’m always glad when someone tries my recipes and likes them. Thanks for your comment.
