My husband & I LOVED this one. I mixed the parm into the mixture & topped it with some mozzarella and bread crumbs before I baked it. I’m glad that my teenage sons weren’t here, because we ate it all between the two of us!

You know, I have never cooked the chicken and then frozen it. I always just freeze the raw chicken.

This recipe is going into my rotation and I’m going to start freezing cooked chicken!
