Hi Emily, I hope you had a good Mothers Day. I was trying to think of something different for dinner tomorrow and I saw this meatloaf recipe. We love meatloaf, but by the time I get home from work, no one wants to wait an hour for it to cook. So the slow cooker is a GREAT idea! And my family loves taco stuff. Thanks!
