Hi Emily, Thank you so much for visiting and your sweet comment about our 50th anniversary. It was a wonderful event with lots of memories to treasure. This comment is belated but I have been on a blog break. It was very special to see your comment. I have neglected many of my dear blogging friends. I am trying to try harder to stay in touch.

This chicken recipe is something my grands would love. It is not hard to make. I good idea when we have grandkid’s week in July. YUM!

Hi Emily, I was happy to see your recent comment. I haven’t been visiting as mush either. I wish I had more time to get on my computer. It is winter and things do slow down a bit. I hope all is well with you and yours.

I made this, using cheddar and it was so delicious. I made sure the top was super crispy but cranking up the heat and it was gorgeous!

Yes, you can substitute canned peaches instead of fresh but you will want to adjust the amount of sugar you add since canned peaches already contain sugar from the syrup they are processed in.
