<p>3 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed<br />
2 cups frozen corn, thawed<br />
2 tablespoons butter or margarine<br />
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour<br />
1 (10-3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted<br />
1/2 cup sour cream<br />
2 cups cooked chopped ham<br />
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese</p>
<p>In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, sauté the green beans and corn in butter or margarine. Sprinkle with the flour; mix well. In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and ham. Stir into the vegetable mixture.</p>
<p>Cook over medium heat until heated through. Remove from the heat; sprinkle with the cheese. Cover and let stand until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Makes 4 servings.</p>

<p>1/4 cup butter or margarine<br />
2 medium leeks, rinsed, white part and some of the green thinly sliced<br />
1/4 cup all-purpose flour<br />
1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
1/2 teaspoon pepper<br />
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth<br />
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese<br />
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg<br />
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen cut green beans, thawed<br />
1/2 cup French-fried onions</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 12 inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter or margarine. Add leeks; cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until leeks are soft and tender.</p>
<p>Using a wire whisk, stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Stir in cheese and nutmeg. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir in green beans. Pour mixture into an ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with French-fried onions.</p>
<p>Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 8-10 servings.</p>

With this simple recipe, you can make them a favorite in your home too!</p>
<p>4 (14 ounce) cans cut green beans*<br />
1/2 cup chopped onion<br />
4 beef bouillon cubes<br />
1/2 teaspoon black pepper**<br />
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder<br />
4-5 slices bacon, cut into small pieces</p>
<p>Pour 3 cans drained and 1 can undrained green beans in bottom of crock pot. Add chopped onion, bouillon cubes, pepper, garlic powder and cut up bacon. Stir to combine.</p>
<p>Cover tightly and cook on Low for 4-6 hours. Makes 8 servings with 5.5 net carbohydrates per serving.</p>
<p>* You may use frozen green beans (thawed), if you prefer.</p>
<p>**If you want to &#8220;turn up the heat&#8221;, add 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes before cooking!</p>
