<p>1-1/2 cups ziti pasta<br />
1 pound lean ground beef<br />
1 cup chopped onion<br />
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce<br />
1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper<br />
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning<br />
1/2 cup sour cream<br />
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<br />
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese</p>
<p>1. Spray a 13&#215;9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.</p>
<p>2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.</p>
<p>3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink and the onions are tender; drain well.</p>
<p>4. Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, sour cream and Parmesan cheese; blend well. Add the drained ziti pasta; stir to blend. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle top with the mozzarella cheese.</p>
<p>5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted. Makes 8 servings.</p>

<p>A delicious new way to enjoy the goodness of spaghetti!</p>
<p>Nonstick cooking spray<br />
8 ounces uncooked spaghetti<br />
2 tablespoons butter or margarine<br />
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese<br />
2 eggs, well beaten<br />
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning<br />
1 cup cottage cheese<br />
1 pound lean ground beef<br />
2 cups spaghetti sauce (your choice)<br />
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese</p>
<p>1. Lightly coat a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray; set aside. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, using minimum cooking time; drain. Stir butter or margarine into hot spaghetti until melted.</p>
<p>2. Add Parmesan cheese, eggs and Italian seasoning; blend well. Spread mixture in bottom and up the sides of pie plate, forming a crust. Spread the cottage cheese over the spaghetti layer.</p>
<p>3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the spaghetti sauce to the meat; stir over medium heat until hot. Spoon mixture over cottage cheese layer.</p>
<p>4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.</p>

Be sure to grab a fork, since this is not your usual finger-food pizza!</p>
<p>3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked<br />
1 pound bulk Italian sausage<br />
1/2 cup onion, chopped<br />
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped<br />
1/4 cup water<br />
4 ounces sliced pepperoni<br />
1 (14-15 oz.) jar pizza sauce<br />
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained<br />
1 cup shredded pizza cheese blend</p>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 3 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Set aside. In a 3 quart saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to the saucepan.</p>
<p>2. In a 10 inch skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain. Stir sausage, bell pepper, water, pepperoni, pizza sauce and mushrooms into pasta in saucepan. Spoon pasta mixture into the casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.</p>
<p>3. Cover casserole and bake for 30-35 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Yields 6 servings.</p>
